Wednesday, June 19

Criminal trespass

Stewart C. Imbler, 53, was arrested at 5:22 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with criminal trespass to land. He posted bond. 

Theft

Matthew Joseph Maher, 29, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. near Jackson Avenue and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with theft. He posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Crisanto Carol Mendez, 33, was arrested at 12:54 p.m. near Washington Street and East Bailey Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond. 

No insurance

Ramazan Maksuti, 39, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Possession of cannabis

  • Ryan Charles Hickey, 19, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. near 75th Street and Soute Route 59, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. He posted bond. 
  • Jessica Faith McCormack, 18, was arrested at 11:16 p.m. near 75th Street and Soute Route 59, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis. She posted bond. 
Money scam

A man received a check for $3,750 and a letter saying he won $135,000, but he needed to send money to a company in Sweden to pay for the taxes before receiving the rest of the winnings, police said. 

Cell phone stolen

A cell phone was stolen from a restaurant in the 900 block of West 75th Street, police said. 

Graffiti

Graffiti was found in the 2700 block of Seiler Drive, police said.
