ReplyLet me understand they are pumping in $250M in state $$ and it is no increase to taxpayers? How is that possible when are state is broke and additionally, why did our rates go up last year and will again to the tune of 15% this year?? Something is missing in this equation!!

ReplyFunny you should say that Colin, when I lived 'in-town' Naperville, I called the police and they asked me first my subdivision, then my address....btw if you live in town your subdivision is Old Naperville.

ReplyAwesome article! What an incredible program, our vets put it on the line for us and anything we can do to assist them should be given, especially our respect, gratitude, love and prayers. I feel badly about the service station, hopefully they can be enlightened to the laws about service dogs.
