Prior to that, I was a staff writer for The Naperville Sun, where my beats included the city of Naperville, health and wellness, DuPage County government and politics, and the city of Wheaton. I started my journalism career at the Sandusky Register, in the home of "Tommy Boy" and Cedar Point: Sandusky, Ohio.
