Gas Prices in Naperville Below Illinois Average

The average price for a gallon of regular gasoline has dropped in recent weeks as many motorists prepare for travel during the long holiday weekend.

As motorists prepare to fuel up and hit the open road this weekend they may feel a little less of a squeeze on their wallet at the pump. According to AAA, the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in the United States is $3.383, down 18 cents from a year ago. Prices are even lower from a month ago by 26 cents. And while the average price in Illinois is currently higher at $3.55 a gallon, prices in Naperville are lower than that number. Local stations like Mobil, 1598 W. Ogden Ave. are charging $3.39 per gallon and a handful of others are charging $3.40.   Here's a list of local gas stations with the cheapest prices in Naperville.
