CareerBuilder wanted to find out how bosses compare with holiday film characters and the company conducted a survey over the summer to find out.
How would your boss stack up if you had to compare him or her to a character in a holiday movie? Would they be best described as the Grinch or George Bailey? Some employees were asked which movie legend best described their boss and even though film characters can be way over the top, they do tend to have characteristics and values that make it a little bit easier to compare them with some of the most recognizable characters in holiday films.
