Coroner's Office Says Heat Not Factor in Naperville Man's Death
A man who was found dead on East Bailey Road last Friday did not suffer from any heat-related symptoms, according to the DuPage County Coroner's office.
Even though temperatures reached above 100 degrees last week, heat was not a factor in a 74-year-old Naperville man's death on Friday, the DuPage County Coroner's office said. Earlier: Man Found Dead on East Bailey Road James C. Hobbs, of the 400 block of East Bailey Road, was found dead on the sidewalk in the 400 block of East Bailey Road after suffering from a heart attack and hypertension, DuPage County Coroner's office said. He died at approximately 10:53 a.m. Hobbs was walking back from a nearby 7-Eleven, as he usually did every day according to neighbors, when he died on Friday morning.
