Gas prices may still be more than $4 per gallon, but prices at the pump continue to drop in Naperville. AAA is reporting the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline is $4.179 in Naperville. According to AAA, the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline has dropped almost seven cents in the past week. At the current average price, a 15-gallon tank will cost about $62.69 to fill up. But relief at the pump may not last. PBS reports that oil surpassed $100 per barrel Thursday. The move was in reaction to the organization of petroleum-exporting countries, known as OPEC, failing to agree to increase production.
