Certainly have a large selection and good service in the store, but bad service after the sale. We had requested that the bunk bed w/trundle that we ordered for our kids not be assembled because I wanted to do a quality job of assemblying it myself. They 'accidently' assembled the trundle assembly prior to arriving a left large 1/4" gaps where the wood was warped. Rather than realizing it was defective, they dropped it off on our patio, hoping that we wouldn't notice the numerous defects. Took another month to get it replaced. What sort of employee would knowingly deliver defective merchandise when we spent nearly $2K. The quality of their products is pretty much average with most items coming from China.

I couldn't believe how much was on display in this store! It was hard to narrow down which one to pick but we went with a bunk bed for my son with storage underneath. Delivered on time and they put the whole thing together for us (phew!) Great accessories like lamps and pictures for the wall too. Very happy with our purchase, would definitely recommend this store!
If you want to see a real selection with associates that know what their talking about, you'll like this place. we shopped other stores like buy buy baby, and they didn't have a clue what they were selling. cribs to college gets my business!
They helped us find the right solution for our daughter's tiny bedroom. We found a beautiful loft bed that we were able to put a desk and chest of drawers underneath with two bookshelves as well, all in a very small space. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The showroom has so much to see and displayed in a way that made it easy to picture in our own home. Very cool stuff offered from our five year old to our high schooler. Love this store!
Beautiful showroom, reasonable prices. My kids love going to this store too, all kinds of neat stuff there. My kids love the loft beds!

Great buying experience, but the aftersale customer service is horrendous. Its almost like "Hey, we got your money we can ignore you now" kind of mentality. First shipment came in damaged after 8 weeks; had to wait another 7-8 weeks for replacements, also damaged! I guess we're looking at another 7-8 weeks. If you have absolutely NO, I mean "NO" timetable on when your child's bedroom is finished, try this place. The showroom is beautiful.
