This family-friendly Naper Settlement event will feature a catered dinner, two camping-related demonstrations by Recreational Equipment Inc. staff, geocaching, roasted marshmallows, storytelling and more.
Special tours of historic buildings will also be available before the museum opens on Saturday morning.
REI staff will be available Friday night to help families set up tents, and will have a limited number of tents available for families to use at no charge, with advance reservations.

Admission is $25 per person and $10 for ages 4 and younger.
