UPDATED: Due to increased demand the event will be held at both Springbrook and Naperbrook Golf Courses. The expansion will allow for 90 players at each golf course.
Springbrook Golf and Naperbrook Golf Course hosts a Turkey Shoot and everyone is eligible to play in this festive, holiday golf event that tends to wrap-up the golf season until next year. This 9-hole, cross country, scramble format has 6-person teams selecting the best shot as the recorded shot.
All participants receive a turkey; those who golf the best receive biggest birds. Players can elect to donate their prize turkeys to Naperville's Loaves and Fishes food pantry; donations of nonperishable canned and boxed food items (no glass, please) and monetary donations also will be accepted.

In 2009, 108 golfers participated, and 22 turkeys and 30 pounds of food were delivered to Loaves and Fishes following the tournament. Entry fee is $30 per person. For more information visit website below.
