Move It To Lose It Boot Camp

Get in shape and live a healthier lifestyle with Move It To Lose It Boot Camp. This is four nights a week for 4 weeks every month. Monday through Thursday at 7:oopm. You have the option to do the full 4 nights, or 3 nights or 2 nights a week depending on what you are looking for. Each night is a different workout which keeps it fun and interesting.
