YPN Professional Development Series – Not-for-Profit Leadership Panel

The Young Professionals of the Naperville Chamber (YPN) invite all Members to their next Professional Development Series Friday, March 9, featuring two prominent not-for-profit leaders, IdaLynn Wenhold and Kathy Blair. The informative panel discussion will focus on the similarities and differences between for-profit and not-for-profit leadership, as well as cover the ways YP’s can help NFP organizations achieve their mission.

Increasingly YP’s are being judged by their professional performance, as well as their involvement in civic, NFP’s and social endeavors. Having a better understanding of the needs and responsibilities of NFP leaders will help you be an active contributor to the success of the organizations and causes you volunteer time and talents towards.

The panel discussion takes place from 7:30 – 9 a.m. in the Chamber’s Conference Room A, Suite 375 in the Main Street Promenade in downtown Naperville. The event is open to YPN Members and nonmembers.
