Ss. Peter and Paul School - Keeping Kids Safe in the Cyberworld

invites all adult parishioners and friends to find out how to protect their children from the dangers in the cyberworld.  If you have a child, grandchild, student, niece, or nephew who owns a cellphone, a smart phone, iPad, iTouch, laptop, or computer, than this is a presentation you will not want to miss.  If you or your children Facebook, Tweet, file share music or photos, or if you have heard of cyberbullying, this program is one you should attend.

On March 6, 2012, at 7 pm, in our Ministry Center, Naperville Police Detective Rich Wistocki, owner of Be Sure Consulting, will teach parents how to be aware of the REAL dangers in the cyberworld and internet safety.  He uses his juvenile investigation experiences to empower adults by sharing the latest technology in monitoring software, GPS technology, and current trends involving pre-teens and teens.  Detective Wistocki has his finger on the pulse of what is happening in Naperville.  Bring your laptops, iPads, iTouches, and smart phones.  Wireless access will be provided for this hands-on experience. Information on Detective Wistocki, can be found at www.besureconsulting.com.  Don’t miss this important event – admission is free.
