NPL Presents A James Nichols Walking Tour
James Nichols grew up a penniless orphan. Yet, upon his death in 1895, he bequeathed $10,000 to the City of Naperville to build its first public library. Who was he and how did he become so successful? Join us for a walking tour of places relating to Nichols and his life. The tour group will meet at the upper level entrance of the library. Rain date: May 19.
