SCORE presents:  Managing your Cash Flow


The lag between the time you have to pay your suppliers and employees
and the time you collect from your customers is critical in any business. 



Attend this SCORE workshop and learn the importance of managing your company's cash
flow and gain the strategies necessary to improve it. Learn to identify when
problems are likely to happen and how to address them in advance. You will be
shown good process that are the prerequisites to managing cash flow. You will also 
receive an example of a cash flow worksheet and learn how to use Quick Books to
provide source content. In addition there will be a demonstration on how to use
a cash flow spreadsheet. As always, this session will be interactive and there
will be a question and answer period.
