Hoops for Healing 6th Annual Tournament

The field is set and sponsorships are still available for the upcoming Hoops for Healing boys high school basketball tournament, scheduled for Thanksgiving week, November 22nd, 23rd, 24th and 26th at Naperville North and Oswego High Schools. The eight-team field, varsity and sophomore divisions, includes Aurora Christian, DeKalb, Geneva, Marmion, Naperville North, Oswego, Oswego East and Waubonsie Valley.

Hoops for Healing is an annual fundraising event for the Edward Cancer Centers in Naperville and Plainfield that has raised more than $50,000 the last five years.  Proceeds from this year's tournament will support two week-long sessions of Camp Hope, a summer camp for children, ages 5-12, whose parent or loved one is facing cancer.

Sponsorships are being accepted at three levels: Free Throw Sponsor ($100 – name will appear in program), Three-Point Sponsor ($300 – name/logo will appear on warm-up shirts) and Slam Dunk Sponsor ($500 – name/logo will appear on banner in gym).
