5 Students Earn Scholarships

The Naperville Junior Woman's Club recently announced the names of the five students who will receive scholarships.

The Naperville Junior Woman’s Club (NJWC) recently awarded five $1,000 scholarships to outstanding Naperville-area students.

All five scholarship recipients are graduating seniors from the Naperville area resided within either or .

Scholarship winners are:

  • Sarah Halliday of Metea Valley High School
  • Jessica Davit Naperville North High School
  • Kent Williams of Naperville North High School
  • Nic Keenan of Neuqua Valley High School
  • Alyssa Borgetti of Naperville Central High School

This was the first year the NJWC awarded scholarships to Metea Valley students, as it is the school’s first graduating class.

Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, community service, school involvement, and scholastic achievement and are awarded annually by the NJWC. 

The  is looking for energetic, enthusiastic women to join our Club.  Each year our members give thousands of hours of service to the community and thousands of dollars to various charitable organizations including Safety Town.
