Benedictine business graduate students, faculty inducted into honorary society

Lisle, Illinois ~ Eighty-four students in graduate business programs and 10 faculty members at Benedictine University were inducted into the University’s chapter of Sigma Beta Delta on June 2.

Sigma Beta Delta is a national honor society in business, management and administration. Students must achieve a cumulative grade point average in the top 20 percent of their graduating class to be eligible for membership. Benedictine University is celebrating its 10-year anniversary as the 200th chapter of Sigma Beta Delta, and today has more than 300 members throughout the school’s traditional, accelerated, online, partnership and Asian graduate programs.

Students who were inducted into Sigma Beta Delta were on track to earn either a Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Accountancy, Master of Science in Management Information Systems, Master of Science in Management and Organizational Behavior or Master of Public Health degree.
