Community Update

Worst service!! Ruined a $400 dress and did nothing to help in terms of customer service. No free dry cleaning, not even an apology! They said they followed the label, although all the beading melted. Clearly they can't use their thinking and logic skills and realize that beading might have to be hand cleaned and can't be thrown into the machine. Horrible, do not recommend.
