Located at 204 Crooked Tree Ct. in Naperville's Woods of Rivermist subdivsion, the $1.2 million five-bedroom house ranks number 10 on the magazine's list of priciest pads sold in 2012.

If you're in the market to buy and want to cozy up to this now-famous pad, a 4-bedroom home is currently listed for sale two doors down, according to Zillow. However, the bragging rights come at a cool $1.3 million.

Other homes that made Chicago Magazine's list include a $4.6 million Burr Ridge Mansion, purchased by former White Sox Jim Thome, and a $12.3 million Mediterranean-style mansion in Winnetka.

Topping the list is a $15 million 66th-floor condo in downtown Chicago.
