Parkview Parking Lot to Remain Closed Through July 14

Submitted by the city of Naperville

The Parkview commuter parking lot is anticipated to remain closed for approximately the next two weeks.

This action is necessary due to underlying foundation issues that were discovered during the course of construction work this weekend. As a result, substantial reconstruction work is now required to ensure the integrity and safety of the lot’s driving surface and ensure long-term performance of the parking lot.

The Parkview parking lot is anticipated to reopen Monday, July 14, pending weather or unforeseen circumstances as work continues.

Please note that work continues on the 25 daily fee spaces in the north side of the Kroehler parking lot that currently remain closed for repair work. These spaces are anticipated to reopen by the Independence Day holiday weekend. The City apologizes for any inconvenience to commuters or motorists and thanks you for your patience as it works to provide a safe driving experience for all.
