Main Street Promenade East Agreements
Main Street Promenade East project will provide nearly 100,000 square feet of retail and office space on four floors next to the Van Buren Parking Deck. The connecting Main Street Promenade East and the Van Buren Parking garage to the Main Street Promenade West development.
To expand business operations of to the north, 127 S. Washington, which is an adjacent building, into the new space on the first floor by creating an opening through the building wall and across the property line to connect the tenant spaces.
