Naperville Seeking Submissions for New Newsletter Name and Nameplate

Naperville is looking for submissions by aspiring artists and designers to rename and redesign the city's newsletter.

The deadline is March 1.

In May, the newsletter will become a one-page insert included in the city's utility bills and by e-mail to e-Bill customers.

According to a Naperville press release, applicants are to "submit a name and corresponding nameplate that visually describes the concept of the newsletter, which is keeping the community connected by sharing important city news, events and initiatives and providing access and transparency to government processes."

For more details, click here. From March 7 through 16, the public will vote on their favorite, while those votes along with Mayor A. George Pradel and City Council members will select a winning name/nameplate from the 10 that receive the most online votes.
