Low Income Spay/Neuter Day

Monday, October 11th is when those who qualify for low income assistance can schedule an appointment to have their dog or cat spayed or neutered.

To qualify, recipients must be on Public Assistance, State Aide, Link Card, Disability, Social Security or Unemployment.
