City Seeks to Fill Open Positions for Sister Cities Commission

The city of Naperville is seeking volunteers to fill four open positions of the Sister Cities Commission.

The city of Naperville is seeking volunteers to fill four open positions of the Sister Cities Commission.

Applicants can visit www.naperville.il.us/boards.aspx to download and review an application form. The form asks for basic information such as name and address and a statement of interest for serving on a board or commission. 

The application, along with a copy of an individual’s resume, can be submitted by mail or in person to the Mayor’s Office at the Naperville Municipal Center, 400 S. Eagle St., or by email tojohnsonc@naperville.il.us.

The Sister Cities Commission fosters international understanding and friendship by forging personal links through city-to-city affiliations. By exchanging ideas and experiences with Naperville’s Sister Cities of Nitra, Slovakia, and Patzcuaro, Mexico, the commission strives to strengthen culture, business, government and the environment.
