Will County DUI Arrests: July 7

Joliet

July 4: Mary Eichelberger, 55, of the 0-100 block of William, Joliet, was arrested by Joliet police and booked into the Will County jail on a charge of DUI, according to jail records.

July 4: Nicole Guardiola, 31, of the 100 block of Luana, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, headlight/taillight out, headlamp out, driving 15-20 mph over the limit and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to police.

July 4: Miguel Herrera, 26, of the 200 block of Ohio, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, operating an uninsured vehicle, driving 1-10 mph over the limit and driving on a suspended license, police said.

June 27: Santiago Bernabe, 26, of the 100 block of Benton, Joliet, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of aggravated DUI, DUI, driving on a revoked or suspended license, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane use and leaving the scene of an accident, police said.

Plainfield

July 5: Mickey Lynn Peterson, 49, of the 12000 block of Falcon, Plainfield, was arrested by Plainfield police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, driving 31 more more above the speed limit, improper lane use, driving 15-20 mph over the limit, disregarding a traffic-control device, disregarding a stop sign, improper passing, reckless driving and aggravated fleeing, according to jail records.

June 28: Jeremy Lindsey, 20, of the 100 block of Walden Road, Joliet, was by Plainfield police arrested at 1:90 a.m. at Joliet and Renwick roads and charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane use, possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment and other moving violations, police said.

June 28: Marissa Kaczkowski, 21, of the 13000 block of Jones, Plainfield, was arrested by Will County Sheriff's police and booked into the Will County jail on charges of DUI, illegal transportation of alcohol, improper traffic lane use and driving 1-10 mph over the limit, according to jail records.

June 25: Justin Telford, 32, of the 200 block of Blackhawk Street, Aurora, was arrested by Plainfield police at 11:11 p.m. at 135th Street and Route 59 and charged with DUI, improper lane use and other moving violations, police said.

June 16: Jessica Leiber, 20, of the 3900 block of Littlestone Circle, Naperville, was arrested by Plainfield police at 1:30 a.m. in the 14000 block of Meadow Lane and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, police said.
