Two Arrested for Rash of Vehicle Burglaries in Unincorporated Naperville

The DuPage County Sheriff's Office arrested two men Thursday night who are accused of committing six burglaries to motor vehicles in the Steeple Run Subdivision in unincorporated Naperville, police said. 

Thomas J Gallagher, 20, has been charged with one count of identity theft, and Gino Alomri, 21, has been charged with two counts of theft, according to a DuPage County Sheriff's Office press release. 

The sheriff's office received six reports of burglaries to motor vehicles on March 30 and 31 in the Steeple Run subdivision. Police said that during one of the burglaries, a credit card was taken and used.

The credit card use led detectives to Gallagher and Alomri, according to the news release. 

Gallagher and Alomri are both being held in the DuPage County Jail and will are expected in bond court Friday morning.
