Kicked Out: Car Mirror

Someone kicked the driver’s side mirror off a white 1996 Dodge Neon near the intersection of Crescent and Garner streets around 10:15 a.m. The car owner told police he found the mirror on the hood of the car and saw a footprint on the mirror and assumed someone kicked it.

Construction Sign Damage

Someone ripped a $150 construction sign out of the ground at the intersection of Roosevelt Road and Avery Avenue around 1:30 a.m.


Wallet Stolen

Someone stole a woman’s wallet from her purse while she was shopping in Danada Square West between 12:41 and 1:30 p.m.

Man Forgets Wallet at Gas Pump

A man reported a theft after he left his wallet on top of a gas pump at a station in the 1900 block of Roosevelt Road around 7 p.m. he told police he left the station without the wallet and when he returned, the wallet was not where he left it.

Bike Stolen

Someone stole a bike left unsecured in the 500 block of County Farm Road between 1:39 and 5 p.m.


Toy Train Stolen

Someone stole a $130 toy train from a display table at the DuPage County Fairgrounds between 12:30 and 1 p.m.


Purse Stolen

Someone stole a purse from an unlocked Toyota Camry in the 900 block of Casa Solana Drive between 6 and 10 p.m. The woman found her purse and all of its contents except for $15, police said.
