Theft Arrest; Power Tools Stolen: Naperville Police Blotter

Theft by deception

Zarah Jubliee Rhodes, 19, of Montgomery, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. in the 900 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with theft by deception. She posted bond. 

No insurance

  • Jelisa Ann Marie Williams, 23, of Sheridan, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. near 95th Street and Cedar Glade Drive, police said. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. She posted bond. 
  • Austin David Bradford, 28, of Naperville, was arrested at 8:29 p.m. near Cantore Road and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance and transported to Will County Jail. 

Battery

Victor Kurolenko, 59, of Naperville, was arrested at 2:01 p.m. in the 1000 block of Liberty Drive, police said. He was charged with battery. He posted bond.

Truck burglarized

An unlocked Toyota Tacoma pickup was broken into in the 1200 block of Duke Court, police said. 

Tools stolen

Power tools were stolen from a truck in the 100 block of Triton Lane, police said. 

GPS taken

A GPS was stolen from a vehicle in the 2000 block of Yellow Daisy Court, police said.
