Telephone Harassment; DUI; Retail Theft: Naperville Police Blotter

Telephone harassment 

Barbara L. Scheff, 54, of Plainfield, was arrested at 6:41 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with telephone harassment. She posted bond. 

DUI

Mallory Ann McCarrell, 22, of Aurora, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. near North Aurora Road and North Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 

Retail theft

• Jonathan Glen Baldwin, 30, of Elgin, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. in the 3000 block of South route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail. 
• Joshua Breckenridge-Keown, 26, of Elgin, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. in the 3000 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft. He posted bond.
