Search On For 2 Suspects In Attempted Residential Burglary

Homeowners arrived home as break-in was occurring, causing both subjects to flee, cops say. Reward is being offered for tips leading to arrest.

Naperville Police are asking the public for their help in locating two people that attempted to bring into a residence on Feb. 2.

According to a police news advisory, the suspects attempted to gain access to a residence on the 3200 block of Mistflower Lane by breaking out a basement window between 9:15 and 9:30 p.m.

Police said the residents arrived home around the same time the attempted breaking was happening. Both suspects fled on foot through the neighborhood.

Anyone with information about the incident or the persons involved are asked to call Naperville Crimestoppers at 630-420-6006. All callers may remain anonymous. A reward of $1,000 is being offered for information leading an arrest in this incident.
