Robbery Suspects Still Sought in 2010 Incident
A year later, police still seek leads in a liquor store robbery.
A year may have passed, but the is still seeking information leading to an arrest in an armed robbery.
Last year on Sept. 13, an employee at , at 1550 N. Route 59, was robbed as he walked to his car in the parking lot. Naperville Crimestoppers is offering a reward, along with a “substantial reward” from the store’s owner for information leading to an arrest and conviction, according to the .
The robbery took place at about 1:30 a.m. Sept. 13, 2010 and an undisclosed sum of money from the liquor store was stolen from the employee, police said.

At the time of the incident, it was that an older blue Chevrolet Caprice pulled up and a man got out of the vehicle, robbing the store’s employee. Police say today that the vehicle was a dark, four-door sedan. The vehicle had two occupants, one who was described as about 5-feet-11-inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He was wearing a dark hoodie sweatshirt and possibly a nylon ski mask, according to the Naperville police.
Anyone with information in the incident is asked to call Naperville Crimestoppers at 1-630-420-6006. A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered by Crimestoppers. The owner of Extra Value Liquors is also offering a reward.
