Reward Offered in Vandalism Incidents

Crime Stoppers offers $1,000 for information leading to arrest.

Naperville Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in recent vandalism incidents where several cars were keyed, a mailbox was destroyed and paint was dumped on a vehicle.

Sometime between 2 and 4 a.m. Saturday three vehicles were keyed in the area of Wild Timothy Court, Pennyroyal Circle and Prairie Sage Lane, according to the t.

Also Thursday, a mailbox was removed from a home on Pennyroyal Circle. In addition, the mailbox was placed on top of one of the vehicle’s that was keyed and that also had blue paint poured on it, police said. A license plate was also stolen from another vehicle and has not been recovered.

Police said there are no suspects although one of the residents did notice a black Scion TC speeding in the area, and a dark gray or dark silver SUV with four teens inside on Pennyroyal Circle the evening before the property damage.

Residents with any information related to the incidents are asked to call Crime Stoppers at 630-420-6006. A reward of $1,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest.
