Retail Theft; DUI: Naperville Police Department

Theft/Deception

Kimla F. Ruff, 43, of St. Charles, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. in the 1200 block of East Indian Trail, police said. She was charged with theft/deception and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

DUI

Torrin Jeff Wilson, 27, of Montgomery, was arrested at 3:22 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 

Retail theft

Michael Jaime Frederick, 40, of Naperville, was arrested at 11:15 p.m. in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue, police said. He was charged with retail theft and transported to DuPage County Jail. 

Warrant

Megan Anne Howard, 19, of St. Charles, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged on a warrant. She posted bond.
