Police Seek to Identify Man Attempting to Enter Garages

Residents in the Prairie Ridge subdivision spotted a man who was plugging in garage keypad codes.

Residents recently spotted a man approaching garages and attempting to enter codes into garage keypads in the 300 block of Avena Circle, according to the .

The man was observed on July 13 at about 11 p.m. approaching garages in the Prairie Ridge subdivision on Avena Circle, attempting to enter codes into the keypads while using his cellular phone, police said. He did not gain entry to any of the garages on the day he was spotted. Residents stated they did not recognize the man.

Naperville Crime Stoppers is seeking information related to the incident and is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the identification of the man.

Anyone with information is asked to call Naperville Crime Stoppers at 630-420-6006. All callers remain anonymous. A reward of up to $1,000.00 is being offered for the information that leads to an arrest in this incident
