Police Seek Gasoline Thieves
Naperville police are looking for those responsible fro stealing gas from local trucks.
are on the prowl for those responsible for stealing more than 200 gallons of diesel fuel from locally parked trucks this last week.
Someone siphoned the gasoline from work trucks on Tuesday and Wednesday in the 2200 block of Corborate lane, police said. The theft occurred between 11:30 a.m. and 5:40 a.m., according to the police report.
It was between those hours that police said about 240 gallons of diesel fuel were stolen — an estimated value of $900.
