Police Offering Reward for Porta-Potty Pyro Information

A reward of up to $1,000 is being offered for information leading to an arrest in an arson incident on Tuesday.

are seeking more information regarding suspects who started a foul fire earlier this week. 

The incident occured Tuesday, July 31 at 11:06 p.m. after witnesses reported seeing two white male teenagers running from a porta-potty that was set on fire at Prairie Park, 416 S. Charles Avenue, according to police. 

Napervile Police and Fire Departments responded to the fire and determined the porta-potty was intentionally set on fire upon investigation. The estimated loss was $1,000.

Witnessess said the two teenagers who ran from the area drove away in a black Ford F-150 pick-up truck, according to police. 

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident, has information related to the fire or those involved is asked to call Naperville Crimestoppers at 630-420-6006. All callers may remain anonymous. A reward of up to $1,000 is offered for information leading to an arrest.
