Manuel Gonzalez, 41, of Aurora, was charged with sexual exploitation of a child after police said he was found masturbating inside of his car in downtown Naperville.

A 41-year-old Aurora man was charged with sexually exploiting two teenage girls after masturbating in his parked car in downtown Naperville, the  said.

Manuel Gonzalez, of the 1700 block of Melbourne Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Jackson Avenue and charged with two counts of sexual exploitation of a child, Naperville Police Sgt. Gregg Bell said.

Police said they received a call at 6:59 p.m. Monday from a teenage girl about a suspicious man sitting in his parked car. An officer dispatched to the girl's home was told the incident happened earlier in the evening around 5:15 p.m.

"As (two teenage girls) were walking, they observed a heavyset, Hispanic male and it appeared he was masturbating in the vehicle," Bell said.

Around 4:50 p.m. Tuesday, officers said they were called to the same area for reports of a similar incident in the 100 block of Jackson Avenue and found Gonzalez in his vehicle.

Upon investigation, police recovered paper towels, lotion and other items from the vehicle, according to reports. Naperville police then arrested Gonzalez, Bell said.

Gonzalez posted $150 bond, 10 percent of the $1,500 bail, for a Class A Misdemeanor and his court date has not yet been determined, police said.
