Police Charge Naperville Man with Child Porn After 2-Month Investigation

29-year-old Francisco Villegas has been charged with four counts of aggravated child pornography.

Naperville police said they have charged a Naperville man with four counts of aggravated child pornography after a two-month investigation.

Francisco Villegas, 29, of the 1000 block of Heritage Hill Drive, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. Thursday at his residence, said Sgt. Gregg Bell.

Police obtained a search warrant after an investigation into child pornography found on Villegas' home computer, Bell said. More than 100 videos of children under the age of 18 engaging in sexually explicit acts were found by the Naperville Police Department and the High Tech Internet Crimes Unit.

He was charged with four counts of aggravated child pornography, which are Class 2 felonies.

Villegas was transported to DuPage County Jail and his court date is unknown at this time.
