Bail Set at $1 Million for Naperville Man Charged with Child Porn

50-year-old Mitchell James Brady has been charged with six counts of child pornography, according to the Naperville Police Department.

Bail is set at $1 million for a Naperville man who is being charged with six counts of child pornography after a two-month investigation.

Mitchell James Brady, 50, of the 1300 block of Windmere Lane, was arrested at 11:32 p.m. Wednesday at his residence, according to the Naperville Police Department.

Naperville Police High Technology Crimes Unit and Special Operations Group executed a search warrant at Brady's home around 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, police said.

Inside Brady's home, police said videos and images of children under the age of 13 engaged in sexual conduct were found.

Brady was arrested and charged with six counts of child pornography, a Class X felony, according to police. He was transported to Will County Jail.

Brady will have to post 10 percent of the $1 million -- or $100,000 -- to meet the requirement for bail.

His court date is scheduled for Feb. 26 at 9 a.m.
