Police: Burglar Found, Arrested Inside Victim's Home

A 25-year-old man has been arrested for a home burglary that occurred in the 300 block of East 11th Avenue in Naperville on the Fourth of July. 

Blake A. Nash, 25, of the 1300 block of East Chicago Avenue in Naperville, has been charged with residential burglary, aggravated assault, and resisting arrest,  according to a Naperville Police Department press release.

Police were called to the home after the homeowner confronted the suspect, who entered the home just before 11 p.m. on July 4, according to the news release. The suspect did not leave the residence. 

The occupants of the home fled to the neighbors' house. Police arrived, searched the home and found the suspect inside and he was taken into custody.
