Sunday, April 24

Drug possession

Gustavo E. Arias, 18, of the 2600 block of Breckenridge Lane in , was arrested around 11:50 p.m. in the 3300 block of Fairmont Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. His bail was set at $120.

Burglary

Victor P. Rodriguez, 18, of the 1400 block of Portoscall Drive in Palatine, was arrested around 7 a.m. at the Woodridge Police Department, 1 Plaza Drive, Woodridge, police said. He was charged with burglary and possession of burglary tools. Additional information was not available Monday.

Driving under influence of alcohol

Audrey K. Cornwell, 22, of the 100 block of Timberline Drive in Lemont, was arrested around 3:20 a.m. near the intersection of East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street, according to police. She was charged with making an improper U-turn in a roadway and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was set at $3,000.

Police said Juan Navarro, 20, of the 400 block of South Spencer Street in Aurora, was arrested around 10:30 a.m. near the intersection of North Mill Street and West Diehl Road. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count each of failure to reduce speed, consumption of liquor by a minor, driving without a driver's license in his possession and leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage. His bail was set at $3,000.

Melissa A. Dazzo, 22, of the 600 block of South Lake Street in Aurora, was arrested around 3:!5 a.m. near the intersection of Genesee Drive and North Aurora Road, police said. She was charged with speeding, using a communication device in a school zone, illegal lane use and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was set at $3,000, police said.

Daisy G. Correa, 20, of the 3000 block of Quincy Lane in Aurora, was arrested around 6:15 a.m. near the intersection of West 75th Street and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count each of speeding over the statutory limit, possession of liquor by a minor, consumption of liquor by a minor, illegal transportation of liquor by a driver and violating the zero tolerance law.

Michael J. Sanabria, 28, of the 2300 block of Crabapple Court in Aurora, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of Cottonwood Lane and Fir Court, according to police. He was charged with driving a vehicle that didn't have a front or rear permit display, speeding over the statutory limit and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was set at $3,000.

Ileana Rivera, 31, of the 3300 block of West Division Street in Chicago, was arrested around 6 a.m. near the intersection of North Washington Street and West Benton Avenue, police said. She was charged with failure to use a turn signal when required and driving under the influence of alcohol, according to police.

Violating parole

Leonard Davis, 45, of the 2300 block of South State Street in Chicago, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Haverhill Circle, according to police. Police said he was charged with a parole violation.

Driving under the influence

Jose Luis Ruiz-Lopez, 24, of the 700 block of Benedetti Drive in , was arrested around 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of South Route 59 and La Fox Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count each of illegal possession of liquor by a driver, driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without wearing a seat belt, improper permit display and violating the Lights and Lamps Act. His bail was set at $3,000.

Police said Carmel Ruby Huseman, 30, of the 26700 block of Lindengate Circle in Plainfield, was arrested around 3:15 a.m. near the intersection of South Route 59 and 75th Street. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving in the wrong lane of traffic. Her bail was set at $3,000.

Jose M. Bautista, 23, of the 300 block of Fremont Street in West Chicago, was arrested around 1 a.m. near the intersection of Aurora and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a driver, driving under the influence of alcohol and disobeying a traffic control signal. His bail was set at $3,000.

Thor W. Fjell, 66, of the 1000 block of West Ogden Avenue in , was arrested around 1 a.m. near the intersection of East Ogden Avenue and North Loomis Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count each of crossing over the double yellow lines, failure to use a turn signal when required and speeding. His bail was set at $3,000, police said.

Illegal possession of liquor by a passenger

Joel Rodriguez, 25, of the 800 block of Main Street in West Chicago, was arrested around 1 a.m. at an unspecified location in Naperville, according to the police report. He was charged with illegal possession of liquor by a driver and his bail was set at $120.

Disorderly conduct

Lyman R. Sadlick, 50, of the 700 block of Beaver Drive in , was arrested around 11:30 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct and his bail was set at $120.

Warrant arrest

Police said Diane G. Cook, 45, of the 100 block of West Franklin Avenue in , was arrested around 9:45 a.m. in the 500 block of North Washington Street on a warrant out of DuPage County. She was also charged with driving on suspended/revoked license. Her bail was set at $250.

Friday, April 22

Leaving the scene of an accident

Azizah White-Diaby, 46 of the 24W600 block of Birdsong Court in , was arrested around 11 p.m. near the intersection of South Naper Boulevard and East Chicago Avenue, according to police. She was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage, failure to give aid or inform and operating an uninsured motor vehicle. Her bail was set at $3,000.

Disobeying a police order

Angelica M. Perez, 20, of the 30W700 block of Galbreth Drive in Warrenville, was arrested around 9:40 p.m. near the intersection of North Route 59 and West Diehl Road, according to police. She was charged with driving without a valid driver's license and disobeying a police order. Her bail was set at $1,500.

Delivery of controlled substances

Police said John D. Thomas, 20, of the 5300 block of Prairie Sage Lane in , was arrested around 10:30 p.m. near the intersection of South Route 59 and 95th Street. He was charged with manifestation/delivery of controlled substances and possession of more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams of marijuana.

Retail theft

Rashad S. Owens, 22, of the 400 block of Seneca Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested around 11:15 a.m. at Jewel-Osco, 1227 South Naper Blvd, police said. He was charged with retail theft. His bail was set at $1,500.
