Violating order of protection

Police said Stoney Barksdale, 49, of the 1100 block of Woodward Avenue in Woodridge, was arrested around 12:50 p.m. in the 500 block of East Bailey Road on an original warrant. He was charged with violating an order of protection.

Driving under the influence

Elvis Vigil, 28, of the 2S700 block of Winchester Circle in Warrenville, was arrested around 11:30 p.m. near the intersection of North Route 59 and Ferry Road, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer, driving without wearing a seat belt, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was set at $3,000.

Assault

Police said Patrick M. Griffin, 38, of the 700 block of Burning Tree Lane in Naperville, was arrested around 12:30 p.m. at his home. He was charged with assault and knowingly damaging property.
