Police Blotter: Verbal Threats Made to Jogger; Boy Punched and Kicked

Naperville police reports, May 5.

Verbal threats made to jogger

Police said a 41-year-old man, who was running around 3:30 p.m. in the 300 block of East Bailey Road in , reported that two people leaned out of their vehicle and made gestures implying they had weapons. They said "bang bang, you're dead," to the jogger, who confronted them. A "verbal exchange" ensued, according to the report.

Theft

David S. Farias, 18, of the 2600 block of Leyland Lane in Aurora, was arrested around 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of Fairway Drive and Inland Circle, police said. He was charged with theft and driving without a driver's license. His bail was set at $1,500.

Police said Danial J. Pierce, 20, of the 700 block of Inland Circle in , was arrested around 3:30 a.m. near the intersection of Fairway Drive and Inland Circle. He was charged with theft and his bail was set at $1,500.

Forgery

Mary E. Frawley, 52, of the 600 block of West 46th Place in Chicago, was arrested around 2:30 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave., police said. She was charged with forgery and possession of blank/count script.

Retail theft

Police said Felix N. Irizarry-Pena, 28, of the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive in was arrested around 7 p.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59, after trying to steal two DVDs worth $37.49. He was charged with retail theft and his bail was set at $120.

Adrian E. Hernandez-Rivera, 22, of the 2400 block of Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, was arrested around 7 p.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59, and charged with retail theft, police said. He took three CDs worth $21.45, according to the report. His bail was set at $120.

Battery causing bodily harm

Reggional J. Williams, 19, of the 2500 block of Durango Lane in , was arrested atoned 10 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with battery and battery causing bodily harm. His bail was set at $1,500.

Boy punched and kicked

Police said a 17-year-old victim was taken to the emergency room at Edward Hospital in by his mother after he was punched and kicked in the head by two subjects. The incident occurred around 3:30 p.m.

Alleged pot possession

Robert A. Duchateau, 32, of the 2900 block of Brossman Street in , was arrested around 11:30 p.m. in the 1200 block of Rickert Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $120.
