Receiving goods in violation of the Credit Card and Debit Act

  • Guadalupe Pichardo, 30, was arrested at 9:49 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. He was charged with receiving goods in violation of the Credit Card and Debit Act. He posted bond.
  • Estela Marin-Rojas, 28, was arrested at 11:50 a.m. at the Naperville Police Department, police said. She was charged with receiving goods in violation of the Credit Card and Debit Act. He posted bond. 

Suspended/revoked license

Anthony M. Stec, 27, was arrested at 1:13 p.m. in the 1800 block of Beloit Court, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. He posted bond.

DUI

  • Michele Lee McLaughlin, 41, was arrested at 5:32 p.m. near 248th Avenue and 95th Street, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. She posted bond. 
  • Bryan Daniel Schmitt, 31, was arrested at 10:36 p.m. near 87th Street and Plainfield Naperville Road, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond. 
  • John Michael Niekamp, 48, was arrested at 11:41 p.m. near McDowell Road and Raymond Drive, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He posted bond.

A small black and gold purse was turned into the Naperville Police Department. 

Stolen purse

A purse was stolen from a locker at a gym in the 1100 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. 

Underage drinking

An 18-year-old was found walking in the street and shouting near Washington Street and East Hillside Road. They were cited for unlawful consumption of alcohol, police said.
