Police Blotter: Thief Preps for 4th of July, Retail Theft, Drug Charges
Naperville Police Department reports, June 27
Driving under the influence
Denise Jo Kinsey, 50, of the first block of South Huffman Street, was arrested at 1:11 p.m. in the 800 block of West 75th Street, said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, endangering the health of a child and two counts of driving under the influence of drugs. Her bond was $300.
Retail theft
Ivan Espinal, 19, of the 1100 block of Oak Street in West Chicago, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft after a flat, auxiliary USB connector cable was stolen from Wal-Mart in the 700 block of South Route 59. His bond was $120.
Possession of cannabis
Timothy Jacob Westfall, 18, of the 100 block of Queenswood Road in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. in Naperville, police said. He was charged with no muffler, operating a vehicle without insurance and possession of cannabis. His bail was $2,000.

Suspended/revoked license
Brady Ferris Collins, 25, of the 1800 block of Westfield Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. in the 2600 block of West 75th Street, police said. He was charged with not wearing a seat belt and driving on suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
Patriotic plunderer
Someone broke off and a stole a mailbox post with an American flag mailbox attached to it from a home in the 600 block of De LaSalle Avenue, police said.

Wallet found
A black bi-fold wallet was found in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said.
Wallet stolen
Cash was taken from a wallet inside a vehicle parked in a garage in the 1400 block of Cress Creek Court, police said.
GPS, computer taken
A netbook computer and Garmin GPS were taken from an unlocked vehicle in the 1100 block of Summit Hills Lane, police said.
