Police Blotter: Suspended License, Warrant, Harry Potter's Orb

Naperville Police Department reports, April 12

Thursday, April 12

No driver's license

Jose De Jesus Barrientos, 29, of the 100 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. at his home, the said. He was charged with speeding, no driver’s license and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $2,000.

Suspended/revoked license

  • Jose Luis Gonzalez, 31, of the 300 block of North Eastern in Joliet, was arrested at 8:46 a.m. near 111th Street and South Route 59, police said. He was charged with no valid safety sticker and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $1,500.
  • Police said Janette Francine Perez, 27, of the 500 block of Center Street, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. near West Porter Avenue and South Washington Street. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bond was $1,500.
  • Miriana Antin, 42, of the first block of Burlington Avenue, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with not wearing a seat belt and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bond was $1,500.
  • Police said German Ramos, 27, of the 100 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 9:18 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Whispering Hills Drive. He was charged with disobeying a stop sign and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $1,500.

Warrant arrest

  • Juan Pablo Lopez, 30, of the 600 block of Jefferson Street in Aurora, was arrested at 6:51 p.m. near Aurora Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant related to retail theft from the Orland Park Police Department. His bail was $5,000.
  • Police said Micah Iw Morganflash, 23, of the 700 block of East Norris Drive in Ottawa, was arrested at 10:27 a.m. near West Gartner Road and Pecan Court. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,500.

Property theft

A 60-year-old woman reported that someone stole her deck bench in the 100 block of North Washington Street between Saturday and Tuesday, police said.

Blame Harry Potter

A 64-year-old woman reported that someone stole her orange and green yard orb from her front yard between Sunday and Thursday, police said.
