Friday, Oct. 19

Possession of a controlled substance

Amethyst Rose Lojewski, 18, of the 200 block of Apache Court, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9 p.m. at the Naperville police said. She was charged with possession of controlled substance. Her bail was $10,000.

False report to 911

Joseph Hun Walker, 53, of the 4100 block of South Wentworth Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 8:53 p.m. in the 100 block of 4th Avenue, police said. He was charged with making a false report to 911. His bail was $1,500.

Disorderly conduct

Henry O. Morales-Lemos, 24, 300 block of Anderson Boulevard in Geneva, was arrested at 8:06 a.m. in the 900 block of Fairway Drive, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct, knowingly damaging property and trespass to a residence. His bail was $1,500.

Battery

James Joseph Giger, 24, of the 1600 block of Estate Circle, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. near Savannah Circle and South West Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of battery. His bail was $1,500.

Interfering with an officer

Ryan Michael Flynn, 27, of the 900 block of Watercress Drive, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.

Saturday, Oct. 20

Driving under the influence

  • Melissa Ann Berkner, 43, of the 2600 block of Country Oaks Court in Aurora, was arrested at 3 a.m. in the 2800 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with operation of a vehicle in violation of driver license restriction, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal lane usage, improper turn at intersection, and operating a vehicle without insurance. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Eugene Raphael White, 40, 3600 block of West 82nd Place in Chicago, was arrested at 12:39 a.m. in the 1900 block of Gowdey Road, police said. He waschargd with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession of liquor and speeding. His bail was $3,000.
  • Jason Serrano, 27, of the 4000 block North Kilbourn Street in Chicago, was arrested at 1:52 a.m. near Winfield road and East I-88, police said. He was charged with improper turn at intersection, driving on a suspended/revoked license, illegal possession liquor and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
  • Delia Anna Daly, 28, of the 300 block of Elmwood Drive, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. in the 0-99 block of Robin Hill Drive, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and improper turn at an intersection. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Oscar Daniel Garcia, 21, of the 100 block of Kingswood Court, was arrested at 4:28 p.m. near West 75th Street and Book Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, improper overtaking and improper lane usage. His bail was $3,000.
  • Eduardo Aguilar, 33, 1000 block of Heritage Hill Drive, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. near North Mill Street and West 5th Avenue, police said. He was charged with no insurance, failure to reduce speed, driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving under the influence of alcohol, failure-to-appear warrant and leaving the scene of an accident. His bail was $6,000.

Fighting

Nicholas Mark Duffy, 29, of the 200 block of Douglas Street in Bloomington, was arrested at 1:50 a.m. in the 200 block of South Washignton Street, police said. He was charged with fighting and his bond was $120.

Retail theft

Connie Sue Robinson, 53, of the 1600 block of Somerset Lane in Wheaton, was arrested at 5:42 p.m. in the 2600 block of West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bail was $1,500.

Sunday, Oct. 21

Driving under the influence

  • Sokol Dabeca, 23, of the 0-99 block of Braxton Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 11:11 a.m. in Naperville, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
  • Josiah David Reese, 22, of the 100 block of Beaconridge Drive in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 5:13 a.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and using unsafe tires. His bail was $3,000.
  • Alexi Yuri Sierra, 42, of the 800 block of North 6th Avenue, was arrested at 12:03 a.m. in the 2800 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal lane usage. Her bail was $3,000.

Warrant arrest

Blake Ashford Nash, 23, of the 1300 block of East Chicago Avenue, was arrested at 11:26 p.m. in the 1300 block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. She was charged with a failure-to-appear warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Domestic battery

  • Ryan Samuel McCarthy, 23, of the 10 S 500 block of Book Road, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. in the 1300 block of McDowell Road, police said. He was charged with domestic battery and theft. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
  • Alison Adrienne Spooner, 30, of the 2900 block of Rutland Circle, was arrested at 12:37 a.m. in the 2900 block of Rutland Circle, police said. She was charged with two counts of domestic battery and transported to Will County Jail.
  • Angel Antonio Chorrillos, 31, of the 29 W 500 block of Country Ridge Drive, was arrested at 3 a.m., 1500 block of West Jefferson, police said. He was charged with illegal lane usage, no driver’s license and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Warrant arrest

Darius Javon Harris, 18, of the 2300 block of Overlook Court, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. in the 800 block of Genesee Drive, police said. He was charged on two failure-to-appear warrants and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Driving on a suspended/revoked license

Farah Fuentes, 37, of the 300 block of Gateshead Drive, was arrested at 12:34 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Washignton Street, police said. She was charged with speeding and driving on suspended/revoked license. Her bail was $1,500.

Domestic dispute

Police said a husband and wife were arguing about potentially filing for divorce in the 500 block of East Bailey Road. The husband accused his wife punched him in the face, but no marks were found.

Stolen iPhone

An iPhone was stolen in the 800 block of North Mill Street, police said. 

Pump and run

11 gallons of gas was stolen in the 1500 block of North Aurora Road, police said.

Cab and dash

Someone fled a taxi in downtown without paying in the 200 block of South Washington Street, police said.

Put the beer bottle down, and step away from the bar.

Someone inside Jimmy's Grill was upset when his friend was kicked out for intoxication. The man then slammed an empty beer bottle on the bar causing it to shatter and cut his left hand in the 200 block of south Washington Street, police said.

Vandalism

A Toyota windshield was damaged in the 500 block of West Franklin Avenue, police said.

Clean up on Gartner Road

A young juvenile and 6 other juveniles were trying to wrap tape from a tree to a light post across Gartner Road near Olesen Drive and watch cars drive through it, police said. One of the juveniles did not run when police arrived and instead helped clean the tape. Parents said they would handle parental discipline. Nothing was damaged or harmed.

Mailbox mischief

  • A mailbox was smashed in the 4600 block of Chokeberry Drive, police said.
  • A mailbox was smashed in the 2600 block of Freeland Circle, police said.

Stolen car leads to pursuit

A silver Toyota Highlander was stolen in the 1200 block of Modaff Road, police said. Two suspects were taken into custody after a vehicle pursuit in Rocky County Wisconsin.
