Police Blotter: Stolen Cab Fare and Missing Hubcaps

Thursday, Sept. 22
Driving without a license
Jose Louis Prieto, 40, of the 1000 block of Howell Place, Aurora, was arrested at 8:16 p.m. at North Aurora Road and Weston Ridge Drive on charges of driving without a license and operating an uninsured vehicle, said. His bail was $1,500.
Warrant arrest
- Richard William Boger, 28, of the 300 block of South Williams, Westmont, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. in the 500 block of Cass Avenue, Westmont, on a failure-to-appear warrant, police said. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Jacklyn Anna Jane Cook, 31, of the 200 block of North Fremont Street, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. at West Van Buren Avenue and South Eagle Street on a warrant and for driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. Her bail was $5,000.
Theft of services
Dario Rolon, 36, of the 5000 block of Oakwood Drive, Lisle, was arrested at 11:11 p.m. in the 3200 block of South Route 59 on a charge of theft of labor and or services. He was arrested after failing to pay for a $56 cab fare. His bail was $1,500.

Theft
- Robert Anthony Heinz, 20, of the 3700 block of Sunburst Lane, was arrested at 4:47 a.m. in the 2200 block of Palmer Circle on charges of criminal damage to a vehicle and theft, police said. His bail was $1,500.
- A 40-year-old man in the 2200 block of Foxboro Lane reported that four hubcaps were stolen between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 8:15 a.m. Thursday, police said.
Criminal damage
A 25-year-old woman in the 200 block of South Main Street reported that between 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and 1 a.m. Thursday, someone smashed her driver-side window, police said.
