Police Blotter: Starbucks Tip Jar Swiped, Warrant Arrest, Stolen Wallet

Warrant arrest

Michael Edward Gerken, 26, of the 1000 block of Bradford Drive, was arrested at 8:56 a.m. at his residence, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,000.

Someone stole about $20 in bills and change from the counter of Starbucks in the 500 block of Weston Ridge Drive, police said.

Stolen wallet

A wallet was stolen from an employee locker in the 2200 block of Corporate Lane, police said.

Car burglary

Two unlocked vehicles were gone through and items were removed in the 200 block of North Columbia Street, police said. 

Stolen on Ebay

Someone stole items on Ebay in the 1400 block of Saranell Avenue, but when they were returned they were not the original items, police said.
